Spencer Studios aims to provide incredible quality at an affordable price.
The recording session:
Your recording engineer guides you through the session, managing recording and working on a rough mix while you work, encouraging you to do your best work.
After the session, your Rough Mix is sent to you via a lossless Filepass system link. (The goal of a Rough Mix is to help you gauge which pieces have potential for mixing, mastering, and release. This is not a finished product nor is it intended for release.)
Mixing & Mastering
If you are looking for true streaming and release-ready music our goal is to find a way to offer that service while also meeting your budget. Your recording engineer will work with you and analyze your music to find a rate per song that meets your price point.
Normal turnaround time is 1-3 days (delivered at -14lufs -1DbTp to avoid loudness normalization and translation issues)
All files are shared via the Filepass system so you as the artist can easily make time-stamped edit requests on the master. Revisions are unlimited, we are not happy until you are happy.
Once you have approved your master music is released to you through Filepass.
